Africa’s role in advancing the no-code movement
Summary
Africa is the next big tech frontier, with startups across the continent improving access to healthcare, financial services, education, and energy at unprecedented scales. With the massive and relatively quick success of tech unicorns — such as Flutterwave and Opay — the ability to rapidly create product MVPs is critical. No-code tools such as Webflow, Zapier, and Bubble make it simple to create end-to-end product experiences, lowering the barrier to entry into tech and allowing more people to become builders. In this session, we’ll discuss how Check DC uses Webflow to help clients rapidly iterate and ship solutions at scale across multiple industries, as well as how we believe no-code adoption will impact tech in Africa.Charles Eke (he/him), design lead & co-founder, Check DC Charles is a highly skilled and successful brand and product design specialist with a decade of experience designing for brands across various industries.
